Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed my stay. Huge unit with a nice decor. The buffet breakfast was GOOD.

This was a wonderful stay and we would stay here again. Liked location and staff, they were amazing. The rooms with working AC, a bathroom, as example.

Nice value, nicely renovated hotel with perfect service. The room I booked was cleaned and available with ceiling fan, extra lounging bed, a/c. The staff there were obliging and funny. There also was paid parking and good pool.

Didn't like the area, it was not very nice.

During my stay stuff were ready to help. Superior king room had upgrades, it was double superior and reasonably sized:)))

The location was tranquil, the room was freshly decorated with a nice view. Smooth check-in, easy check-out. Plus their wifi was reliable. The hotel was a short walk from the private beach. The venue was colorful and the beach restaurant was unique.

Practical location, great value for money and diligent staff, exemplary service. In addition, the parking was nearby. Near a sandy beach.

It was near the beach, generous breakfast was included. My upscale room included best bed, WiFi, temperature control and mosquito nets. Sea view was worth every penny and balcony was lovely. The beach was pristine.

It made our trip to Playa del Carmen an awesome experience. Cool location, fairly friendly staff and particularly good breakfast. Hotel was spotless. The pool was great.

American breakfast, decent food, cool staff. Picturesque location to nuestra senora del carmen catholic church. A bus station is set close to the hotel.

perfect location, spotless, very comfy bed, brilliant staff. i got free upgrade and liked it. exceptionally good breakfast — lots of meals. late check out too.

moreover, it was great to have wifi.

Helpful staff, IDEAL location. Playacar Fase I district was worth staying in.

There was no hanger.
